Disruptions to service expected whilst repairs are being done

A lot of repairs need done to the system today, sometimes these needs only become apparent in time....I have had to stop and restart services to ensure clean repairs, I may have to do more, if you see any errors or Bad Gateways, ignore and try again, they wont be terminal or long lasting, merely the repairs can upset the programs' relationships with the databases as permissions are also changed to accomodate repairs. Wont be a forever thing, its just me catching up after weeks of not being totally on the ball.
