Grangemouth AIS Drop - System on Stand By

The routines to handle the apparent loss of AIS data reception from Grangemouth have been implemented.

The system is now standing by should a ship enter the last known working zone between the Forth Bridges and Grangemouth itself. The system will then put in the average timings and complete the ships journey and send a broadcast to the board. Whilst not real time truth, it preserves the records and keeps the ships movements functions working as they should (vessels departing and docking inform the system how to operate)

I hope the AIS drop is temporary but watching HAV STREYM's progress so far informs the distance calculation will work almost perfectly in the meantime.
