I have now set the front page pictures to randomize - so that the bots curated announcements get a chance, as do members', and to keep the site looking fresh each visit. The 'love' button idea is proving trickier than I thought, and I am getting code-blind (nearly 3am!)...SO the random selection is an egalitarian way to showcase photos, both members and site's curated ships. until I get the love button working...right now, bed!
