Thank goodness the QUEEN MARY was saved and is back on the Clyde for restoration to her original guise, when we look at her, we should recall there was a whole fleet of turbine steamers on the Clyde and at the same time be grateful we have what have now, most regions of the UK are now bereft of physical reminders of the glory days of coastal passenger vessels.
